BEST bonus of today?

SUNSHINE. ☀️ ☀️☀️

We arrived in Lugo relatively early (3:30), so showered/unpacked and hit the town. It was sunny, 75°, and beautiful. We encountered grand cathedrals around many corners, hiked atop a wall built by the Romans, shared pizza from Dominos (corn and pulled beef are satisfactory, though new, toppings), and enjoyed an organ/flute concert in the cathedral. Then, I topped the day off with hand-dipped ice cream cone (the cones here are better) of chocolate and hierbabuena – mint. Which actually tasted like the plant!

Now, off to bed to wake up in the middle of the night for an interview; the perks of traveling internationally while job-hunting! 🙂
