TODAY IS THE DAY.

We’ll drive from Medford to the OR/CA border to take some obligatory selfies and get 10 or so miles under our feet. Excitement and nerves run high!!

But I don’t want to miss the chance to share a very big and exciting piece of our journey! Bethani has spent the last 4 months living in Colombia, working with Venezuelan refugees via her grassroots organization, On the Ground International.

We will be using our hike as a tool to raise awareness for the difficulties hundreds of displaced Venezuelans face every day, by sporting the flag of Venezuela 🇻🇪 on our packs, and by seeking pledges for each mile we hike.
